As the Australian Brewery has expanded over the last twelve months we have had to make several additions to our brewing team. The latest is Billie who is a trainee brewer and has been on the job for a couple of months. We took a minute to stop by and see how she is going.

Look out for Billie around our tanks in the brew house and at various events around the country including the Beer and BBQ Fest this weekend.
